SHIFT LEADS

Position Requirements:

  • Must be able to motivate staff with positive and motivating support
  • Must be able to articulate clear direction to all FOH/BOH staff
  • Must be able to uphold company standards 
  • POS experience required
  • A desire to help where needed and work as part of a TEAM
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Evening and weekend availability
  • Must be upbeat, outgoing, and positive
  • Ability to stand/walk and stay focused and alert for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to communicate with ownership 
  • Must be able to problem solve and handle guest issues
  • Must be able to follow budgets and financials 

HOST

Position Requirements:

  • Must be able to read menus
  • Must be able to articulate clear greetings and farewells to guests, as well as being able to understand requests for assistance
  • Must be able to clearly communicate guests' needs to Servers, support staff, Managers, etc.
  • Must be able to focus in a loud environment to answer telephone and respond to Guest requests
  • A desire to help where needed and work as part of a TEAM
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Evening and weekend availability
  • Must be upbeat, outgoing, and positive
  • Ability to stand/walk and stay focused and alert for extended periods of time
  • Must not be afraid to SMILE!

CASHIERS

Position Requirements:

  • Must possess a courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor and the ability to build strong relationships
  • Must have the ability to work autonomously within a team environment
  • Must have the ability to greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner and feel comfortable describing the menu for food, cocktails, and wine.
  • Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant
